His mother is a government teacher & she motivated her child to go for Civil Services. Sachin’s father runs a private business forum in Bhadra Bazaar in Sirsa.
Sachin was a smart student since his childhood days. After completing his engineering he was working with a private company. When he found that he is not made for this so, he decided to quit his job & prepare for civil services examination. He wanted to become an IAS officer as he wants to work to eradicate the social ills of society & wants to improve the society.
During his parent’s interview, his father said “He told me he was interested in joining the public service and that he wanted to quit his job. He was a smart student, he started studying in a group and training in Delhi and passed the exam last year.”
This was Sachin’s second attempt for the CSE. He made his first attempt in 2016. When he quitted his job he prepared for CSE & attempt the examination in 2016 first. At that time he was new to this field so he doesn’t have much idea about how to prepare still he prepared on his own & gave the examination.
In 2016 he secured 575th rank in UPSC CSE. But he was not satisfied with his rank & he wanted to improve his rank. That is why he decided to give one more attempt by targeting his rank from 575th to 1st. He had done a lot of hard work in identifying his mistakes. This time he joined all the online sources for the IAS preparation. He joined insights, IAS baba etc. this helped him in his preparation. After finding his mistakes he worked on it so that he can improve his rank.
